Demo enquiries

We collect your name, work email, organisation, area of interest, optional team size and message to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or trial. Enquiries are sent to our team by email and may be recorded in the website database. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive customer information.

Website activity

We collect aggregate counts of page visits, agent and scenario selections and enquiry activity. These counters do not use advertising cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

Technical information

Short-lived hashed network identifiers help prevent repeated submissions. Website and email providers may process technical request information to deliver their services.

Retention and your choices

Website enquiry records older than 30 days are removed when a subsequent enquiry is processed; records may remain longer during periods of inactivity. Email correspondence is retained while needed to handle your enquiry and ongoing relationship. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you.

Product data

Product data is handled separately under the arrangements for your organisation’s deployment. ServKoru supports storage in Microsoft Azure’s Australian data centres, private deployment in your Azure tenant and AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI.
