- How is it handled today, and where does effort or delay occur?
- Who owns the service, approves requests and performs IT operations?

## Your people and agents
- Which employees and IT users will participate?
- Which of Self-Service Assistant, Agent Assistant and Service Designer are relevant?
- Which knowledge and service catalogue entries will they use?

## Configuration and controls
- What Microsoft tenant permissions and licences are required?
- Which tools are enabled, and who can confirm operational writes?
- Who reviews, tests and publishes service drafts?

## Data and readiness
- Have storage and processing regions, subprocessors and retention been confirmed?
- What security, isolation and recovery evidence does your organisation require?
- What support responsibilities and contractual terms apply?

## Success measures
- Record the current handling effort and service experience.
- Agree a bounded pilot scope and evaluation period.
- Compare equivalent request types, including human effort and setup time.
- Record failures and the decisions required before expanding.
